Sam is a practicing Advocate of the Courts of Judicature of Uganda and a lecturer at the Law Development Centre and previously university lecturer with over of six years of instructing and mentoring students in a number of universities including Grotius school of Law and St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT). Sam has worked for the Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) of the Republic of Uganda at the rank of Senior State Attorney with eight years of service.
